At Liquorice Laces, you come first. We are committed to offering a great fitting service and only fully trained staff will measure and fit shoes. We are committed members of the Society of Shoe Fitters and are passionate about selecting and fitting really great kids shoes. You can feel confident their feet are in trained hands!

Our groovy shop is in the lovely, historic market town of Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan, we've worked hard to create a really cool interior that both kids and adults will love to visit. No need for kids to feel bored - we have lovely traditional wooden toys and books to read. 

As well as our fabulous selection of shoes. we stock a range of Hatley co ordinating raincoats, wellies and umbrellas and also have a small but lovely range of accessories and gifts. With a name like Liquorice Laces, we just had to stock a moreish range of gourmet liquorice by Bon Bons - believe us, tasting is believing!

Visiting is pretty hassle free, with a free car park just around the corner. If you have small kids, why not bring some bread to feed the ducks which swim close by? They may even treat you to their "Duck Olympic Training"... (ask us, we'll tell you!). Or do what Megan and Manon do..... count the fish from the wooden bridge? Our record so far is seven!  

Even if your kids are not ready for new shoes, why not call in to say "Hi"?

Our opening hours are 10.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Saturday.
